CH Agent Spotlight: Anastasia & Tyler Jones

This month’s spotlight is a double feature, with Anastasia and Tyler Jones, co-leaders of The Jones Team at Citi Habitats. Based out of our Upper East Side office, these married real estate professionals are dedicated to providing clients with five-star service no matter their real estate needs. We spoke to Anastasia and Tyler about why they made the move to Citi Habitats, what’s in their pipeline, and what advice they would give to new agents…

Why did you move your business to Citi Habitats?

To conquer new heights, to meet new people, to step outside of our comfort zones and to achieve goals that didn’t seem possible to us before.

What is the coolest thing you are working on?

Growing business in our neighborhood, Woodside/Sunnyside, in addition to Manhattan rentals, remodeling a bathroom in our apartment, and planning a trip to Italy!

Who inspires you?

We are inspired by new opportunities that are out there every day. This is the best thing about NYC for us, that every day is like a new life. You can end up in a totally different place than you expected and meet people from the most surprising parts of the world and achieve heights you only dreamed about yesterday, all in one day.

What is your secret talent no one knows about?

Anastasia: Tyler is an excellent chef with a culinary school background, and I love gardening—every window and corner in our apartment is covered in all kinds of plants.

If you could be any animal, which would you be?

Tyler: I would choose to be a shark, I have always been fascinated with them since I was a child. There is something so mysterious and exciting about them. Plus I love seafood 🙂 

Anastasia: I would like to be a cat in my next life (if you believe in reincarnation). I love cats and hope to get one soon.

What 3 traits define you?

Transparency, loyalty, and reliability.

What advice do you have for new agents in the business?

Don’t think about the amount of money you want to make. try focusing on the number of people you want to make happy. Imagine lots and lots of people, all in beautiful homes that you found for them, happy and grateful for your services. Deals will come naturally then.
